Today me and the study tour had the pleasure of visiting Pisidian Antioch. This is the place Paul and Barnabas visited on their first missionary journey as narrated in Acts 13. Sergius Paulus, the governor of Cyprus who became a believer, was from this city. The city had a Jewish population since the third century BC. Paul spoke in a synagogue there, offering a word of exhortation, stating that the good things that God had promised their ancestors had been fulfilled by the resurrection of Jesus!
At the end of our walk-through the site, I had the pleasure of leading a short period of worship in an old church there!
Thank you!!!
