Jesus as "Equal with God"?

Hi everyone, here is the latest Nazareth to Nicaea episode, still working my way through Phil 2:6-11.

This time I am diving deep into Phil 2.6, looking at the phrase “equal with God” and the Greek word harpagmos:

Who, being in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something
(a) to be used to his own advantage
or
(b) to be grasped after.
