Why can it not be like a multiple choice test answer: E. All of the above: crucifixion, resurrection, ascension and the disciples receiving the Holy Spirit at Pentecost (events in close proximity chronologically and obviously within His disciples’ lifetime)? Does the Greek text in these passages demand a single, point-in-time event?
