Paul in Ancient Colossae

Hi everyone, here is another video from my travels through Turkey.

This one is a 12-minute overview of Colossae and the letters to the Colossians and Philemon.

Here’s the opening line:

"I love Paul's letter to the Colossians - it's what would happen, I imagine, if Galatians and Ephesians had a baby... I love Colossians. It's got Christology so high, the only place you could legally buy it is in Denver, Colorado."

NB: There are plans afoot to excavate Colossae and the first soundings have been done. Fingers crossed that it happens soon and we start to find out what is buried under that mound!
