Podcasts You Need to Listen To!

Hi friends, I love listening to podcasts during my drive to and from Ridley, so here’s some episodes that I really want to recommend to you.

Absolutely brilliant is John Dickson doing a deep dive into Jesus and politics, talking about the Roman empire, Christendom, the good and bad of church history, including a chat with N.T. Wright. This is more like a documentary than an interview. VERY GOOD!

Speaking of N.T. Wright, we were both interviewed by Matthew Bates about Jesus and the Powers.

On history stuff, The Ancients podcast is great, including stuff on Artemis, Pontius Pilate, and the historical Jesus, the latter with Helen Bond of Edinburgh Uni.

The Two Cities Podcast has a great series on Theology and Trauma featuring friends of mine including Aimee Byrd and Scott Harrower

On Putin, Russia, and Ukraine, I recommend the Empire and Rest is History episodes.

I love too the Quillette podcast which has some great episodes on hot-button social and political issues.
