Thursday: A Tale of Two Evils (Paid Subscribers)
It’s hard to speak to people about the Israel-Gaza conflict because people on both sides live in alternative factual universes. Some people can’t bring themselves to acknowledge the Hamas atrocities just as others can’t bring themselves to acknowledge the Israeli’s brutality against Gazans.
Friday: Mariccus of Gaul: Peasant, Rebel, God (Paid Subscribers)
Do you know anyone who preached a message of liberation, believed he was a god, was killed by the Romans, even though the people thought he was unable to be killed? No, this was not Jesus of Nazareth, it was in fact Mariccus of Gaul.
Israel and Gaza are not the only places in the world or there are two alternative factual universes. Some of us live in the United States.
