Wow!! So much could be said about this excellent interview. I appreciated such things as "gospelizing" and the "gospelizers in "doing theology"," the discussion on "the law of Christ," the value of the Apocrypha in better understanding both the Old and New Testament, the critique and value of American Evangelicalism and the contrast between its views and Global views, and Dr. Bird's personal reflections on his humor, choices in writing, writing style, his knowledge of the works and views of other theologians, his latest work, Jesus Among the Gods etc. It was well worth the listen.
