There’s a lot of good resources for Holy Week, including books of Lenten readings, Easter devotionals, and works on Jesus’s “last days.” So I thought I’d give you my recommended reading for Holy Week.
Tuesday: Jesus Died "For us"! (Aviary Members)
The various biblical images about the cross provide a comprehensive testimony to the results of the atonement: peace with God, the cancellation of our sins, the setting aside of divine anger, the end of enmity, and the cessation of hostilities.

Wednesday: A New Commandment (Free Sign-Ups)

Thursday: When was the Last Supper? (Aviary Members)
The Synoptic Gospels suggest that the Last Supper was a genuine Passover meal, held on the evening before Jesus' crucifixion. In contrast, the Gospel of John implies that the Last Supper took place before the Passover festival. Several hypotheses have been proposed to solve this dilemma.
